And You shall indemnify the Company against any losses and damage that We incur due to claims from any third party.

Registration, Subscription Or Membership

The Company requires you to subscribe or register for a membership account with Us in order for You to have access to the Services offered by the Company. During the course of any such registration, You will provide Us with personal information about You. If there are any changes to the information supplied to Us it is your responsibility to inform Us straight away.

By subscribing to a Service, You consent to Us using your data for the provision of the Service. We may transfer Your data to any of our affiliates or third parties, or if it is necessary for Us to comply applicable laws or regulations.

Payment Terms

To access our Services, You have the discreption to select from a variety of Service packages in which the membership plans last from 3, 6, or 12 months. Upon subscribing, full payment is required. Payment can be made conveniently via a payment link from a Service Provider, bank transfer, or in cash. You have the flexibility to pay on a monthly, bi-yearly, or yearly basis.

Refunds/Cancellations Policy

All subscriptions are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

You are obligated to pay for the full subscription period You have signed up for. Upon successful payment, Services will commence on the date specified in the contract agreement between You and the Company or upon receipt of payment, whichever is later. You are obligated to pay for the full subscription period regardless of actual usage or early termination. No additional subscription payments shall be deducted from Your credit card following the full completion of membership payment and Your account shall be deleted.

License

Unless otherwise stated, the Company and/or its licensors retain all intellectual property rights to the material on the Service, with all rights reserved. Access to this material on the Website is granted for personal use only, subject to the restrictions outlined in these terms and conditions. You are expressly prohibited from:

Publishing any material from the Company in any other media without permission.
Selling, sublicensing, or commercializing any material from the Company.
Using this website in any way that is or may be damaging to this website.
Using this website in any way that impacts user access to this website.

If Service rates are changed, it will not affect the subscription fee You have already paid. However, the updated rates will apply upon contract renewal or when registering for a new Service.

By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.

Governing Law & Disputes Resolution

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the UAE, and You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the UAE for the resolution of any disputes.

If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.

Compliance with Local Laws

Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in the UAE and other jurisdictions from which they access the website or use our services.
